Blue Smocked Dress

Whew. This one took a while. But that's mostly because smocking is sooo repetitive that I got bored and procrastinated. But now it's done!

I got the fabric as a remnant from Hobby Lobby. It has silver accents which you can't see in the photos. It is a tad short, and I'm thinking of adding a light blue ruffle to the bottom when I can get back to HL. But I do love ittt!

There's also a piece of 1/8 inch elastic in the dark blue waistband bit, because I didn't feel secure enough with tjust the smocking. And I could stand for it to be a little more poofy, but I'm still in love with it!
